• Learned research and science behind the nature of salt caves to help assist customers in their education. Created detailed brochure with examples of salt cave options and verbiage to help educate customer. Being that it is a very obscure, custom-build company, we created custom brochure outlining abilities of business that is sent to every inquiry to educate and sell options.
• Cross-platform social media design & management, as well as maintenance of site and SEO.
• First person to sell halotherapy cave in less than six weeks of start date to medical company, including interaction in contract, payments, shipping, and subsequent introduction of international pandemic that required the utmost in customer service during all domestic build projects.
